Advertising Policy
The Journal of Bioscience Studies (JBS) does not accept any form of advertising. JBS is a fully open-access scholarly journal dedicated exclusively to the publication of high-quality research in the biosciences and life sciences. To protect the integrity, independence, transparency, and scholarly focus of the journal, no commercial advertising of any kind is accepted or displayed on the journal website, in published articles, or in any associated journal materials.
No Commercial Advertising JBS does not accept, publish, display, or distribute display advertisements, banner advertisements, sponsored content, product placements, promotional materials, commercial announcements, or any other form of commercial advertising. The journal website, published articles, and associated scholarly materials are maintained free from commercial advertising.
Advertising and Editorial Independence Because JBS does not accept advertising, advertising revenue or commercial advertising relationships cannot influence editorial decisions. Decisions concerning manuscript submission, peer review, revision, acceptance, rejection, and publication are made independently and solely on the basis of scientific merit, methodological rigor, originality, ethical compliance, relevance, and scholarly contribution.
No Targeted or Behaviour-Based Advertising JBS does not use advertisements linked to journal content, reader behaviour, search activity, browsing activity, user interests, or other user data. The journal does not use advertising systems to target readers or authors based on their interaction with journal content.
Sponsored Content and Product Placement JBS does not publish sponsored editorial content, paid promotional articles, advertorials, product placements, commercial endorsements, or promotional materials presented as scholarly content. Published articles must remain independent of commercial promotional interests and must satisfy the journal's standard editorial and peer-review requirements.
Commercial Influence Commercial relationships, advertising opportunities, potential advertising revenue, sponsorship arrangements, or other financial considerations have no role in editorial decision-making. Authors, editors, reviewers, and editorial board members are not permitted to use advertising or promotional considerations to influence the scientific assessment or publication of manuscripts.
Separation from Commercial Interests Published scholarly content is kept completely separate from commercial interests. JBS does not permit commercial advertising, promotional messaging, or paid placement to appear within or alongside published research articles. The journal's website and publication platform are maintained primarily for scholarly communication and dissemination of research.
Advertising Decisions JBS does not make advertising acceptance or placement decisions because the journal does not accept advertising. Accordingly, there is no commercial advertising programme, advertising inventory, or advertising revenue arrangement associated with the journal's scholarly publishing activities.
Commitment to Scholarly Integrity JBS is committed to maintaining a scholarly publishing environment that prioritizes editorial independence, research integrity, transparency, and scientific communication. The absence of advertising ensures that the journal's published content and editorial processes are not dependent on or influenced by commercial advertising interests.
